Industrial engineering, systems analysis, simulation, throughput, cycle time, and operational business intelligence established a systems-oriented foundation.

Hands-on work in production software, ETL, databases, integrations, manufacturing applications, operational analytics, capacity modeling, and production control connected technology to real operating decisions.

Enterprise Program Leadership
Client-side leadership expanded into international enterprise transformations and established a durable principle: clients need experienced leadership of their own even when strong vendors implement the solution.

Consulting Leadership
More than a decade of consulting work added enterprise delivery, advanced analytics, cloud and infrastructure, Agile delivery, organizational adoption, manufacturing, and supply-chain stabilization.

Independent Consulting
B2 grew from relationship-driven work and repeat trust, with Brownlee leading complex situations that cross operating, technical, analytical, and organizational boundaries.

The B2 Solutions Lab extends that progression through hands-on work in AI-assisted development, analytics, agentic workflows, AI adoption, information stewardship, and modern build-versus-buy decisions.

Community and mentoring

Brownlee has volunteered for five years as a judge in a Denton Independent School District student business-plan program, where students develop, test, and present business ideas in a pitch competition.
The work reflects the same practical habits B2 brings to client situations: ask useful questions, challenge assumptions, help people structure an idea, and make the path from concept to execution more concrete.
