As a small and hungry firm, B2 will cut out a lot of the cost overhead that comes with the larger firms. You will find our bill rates for Project Management services to be very competitive versus typical consulting firm rates. As your direct agent, we typically sit between you (the Sponsor) and the delivery team, which is often an external big-name consulting company. Without the overhead or agenda that the traditional consulting companies bring, we are more effective at reducing your actual risk and delivering the desired results than what their default project management models provide.
